Is feeling positive beneficial in pregnancy?

Feeling positive in the pregnancy period will help the mom to be more comfortable and will allow the baby to develop healthily.  Healthy and regular diet as a result of the reflection of positive thinking in behavior will protect the moms from many pregnancy-related complications and will have positive impact on the development of the baby.  A positive-thinking pregnant woman will get ready for the delivery by doing physical exercises.

As a result, delivery will be more comfortable and the mom will have more confidence.   Positive thinking leads to self-confidence and self-respect in pregnant women, while negative thinking and sadness will have a negative impact on the mom-to-be and the baby. Stress and worry may negatively affect the brain functions of the baby and may lead to preterm birth or development defects.
